Services:
Services provided by Student Storage Solutions LLC include the pickup, storage, and delivery of the student’s possessions including transportation to and from our secure storage facility.
Packaging Materials:
The MSU or U of M student will select a date and time to have all requested packaging materials dropped off to their dorm after signing up for services from Student Storage Solutions. Students may request additional packaging materials at this time and will be charged the standard material fees found on the Additional Services and Packing Supplies section of the pricing sheet. Packaging material drop off dates are typically one to two weeks before finals.
After placing an order and scheduling a pick up date, the MSU or U of M student will pack their items that they wish to store. Student Storage Solutions then picks up the items for storage. The student leaves Michigan State University or the University of Michigan Campus to enjoy the summer break.
Pick-Up and Delivery:
The student will select a date and time from a list of available options for pick-up of items to be stored with Student Storage Solutions LLC. SSS will store the items and return them to the student’s new address during a pre-determined time slot agreed upon by SSS and the Customer. The time slot for delivery will be determined by the school’s semester schedule and the dormitory move in schedule.
